Sent you a link to one of the many Linux Tkinter installation instructions. You do not need to bother.

I see. I still think people should get their Python installation in order by themselves. It should be sufficient if you state the tkinter dependency. I am also aware that some Python installations cannot use GUIs at all on some systems. This is e.g. the case for Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) - which I am using as well. However, some smart guys are underway resolving this one, too. |
