repository_tree() does not provide "recursive" option #452

Project.repository_tree() only passes 'path' and 'ref' as GET query data to the gitlabs API.

But "recursive" is another option (see https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/api/repositories.html#list-repository-tree which returns the whole directory structure at /path
