Gitlab CI schema missing #66

The last update 85f2343 to builtin_schemas/vendor/gitlab-ci.json left the Gitlab CI schema check broken.

It looks like the schema location on https://www.schemastore.org has changed.

I've now released v0.14.2 with the fix, and there's a shoutout in the changelog. 🎉
