I'm afraid the plugs are hardcoded to use a specific set of time servers (and I cannot recall seeing that this would be configurable, but if so, we can definitely add it to the API). I think at least at some point my plug was leveraging some Wrt. dhcp&ntp, to my knowledge it is rather uncommon to use the NTP server as defined in the dhcp options (I know that systemd does that, no idea about others). |

There is this old PR from pyhs100 on setting the timezone, but it never got finished: GadgetReactor/pyHS100#55 . If you wish, feel free to create a PR, considering that there hasn't been much requests on that feature, I presume that most of the users of this lib are doing scheduling out of the device, e.g., using homeassistant, cron etc. |

I've got a smart plug (HS110 UK) connected to a VLAN which has it's own DHCP and NTP server, where NTP is served via DHCP options. Apparently the plug doesn't use this, and as far as I can see, there is no way to set the time with this library.
Are there any plans to add this functionality? Or is it even possible with what TP Link provide?
