Proposal to Deprecate Pagure Repository

To streamline our development process and improve efficiency, I propose deprecating the Pagure repository and using the GitHub one.

There's no reason to have both. This repo is 100% more active, and the Pagure one is unused.

I think we should remove the Pagure repo and update the docs accordingly.

Objections to relying on GitHub, a non non-open source service.

Which are important to keep in mind IMO, but in practice there are no big issues. If GitHub goes evil, python-ldap will survive.

Any thoughts from the community are also welcome.

But these should rather be collected on the mailing list ;)
