Poetry for python 3 depends on outdated keyring version

[ x] I am on the latest Poetry version.
[ x] I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.
[x ] If an exception occurs when executing a command, I executed it again in debug mode (-vvv option).

Updating keyring for python3 breaks poetry dependency
keyring==21.0.0 is available (you have 19.3.0)

keyring 21 relies on python 3.6
keyring 20 does work with python 3.5

with the multiple versions of python poetry is responsible for, this issue is thornier than i anticipated.
