I notice that there hasn't been a new release in over a year and that version 0.2.13 gives an error because it's using the deprecated trio.Queue. Perhaps a new release is a good idea so it doesn't turn off new users?

I should remove this archive. I switched to anyio, the module is called asyncamqp now.

Hey @smurfix, do you mean that you already published an implementation with anyio? I couldn't find it by the asyncamqp name and I wasn't aware there was one.

Well, the "published" part seems to be missing. Oops. Will fix shortly.

The asyncamqp name seems to be taken on pypi. My bad. I've emailed the owner, but no response so far.

Might be worth picking a new name if @jucacrispim is not responsive. amqp-anyio for a lack of originality?

By some strange reason I didn't recieve the e-mail. It's not even in the spam folder. My e-mail server was asleep, maybe. If you wish you can re-send it. :)
