urlsplit does not properly split zk URIs in python 2.6.x #269

When urlsplit is called in python 2.6.x with "xxx://hostname:2342" it produces a "path" with "//hostname:2342" but no hostname"

We dropped support for python 2.6 in one of the recent releases.
