Hi Team,

I just upgraded the latest version on Ubuntu.

But when I run the command to set the TimeZone and date to know it, it will show still one plus hour.

Current default time zone: 'America/Monterrey'
Local time is now: Tue Apr 4 17:31:13 CDT 2023.
Universal Time is now: Tue Apr 4 22:31:13 UTC 2023.

Any advice if we are missing something.

This is not the issue tracker for the time zone database, it is for a Python package that redistributes it.

That said, the question you have is also not really appropriate for the tzdata issue tracker, you may want to try ServerFault, SuperUser, AskUbuntu or on the Ubuntu issue tracker.
