Reason

In the initial stages of the project, the objective was to rewrite Clafrica in Rust.

Why change now?

Initially, we decided to keep the name "Clafrica" as it was the background and motivation for the project. However, as we progressed and started incorporating languages not supported by Clafrica, we realized the need to change the name.

Motivation

While the development of the clafrica, we added a support for the Amharic language. It was the first external input method added. After it, we were motivated to add more features.

Future vision

We aims to have an input method used by africans.
