Failing CI jobs

Some of the notebooks are failing (see status at #225) I opened issues in the original repos:

• Torchhub is broken on pytorch-nightly or dev versions snakers4/silero-vad#283 - done
• torch.hub example is broken isl-org/MiDaS#195
• torch.hub ghostnet example is broken due to new cupy dependency huawei-noah/Efficient-AI-Backbones#173 -- this is for ghostnet but also relevant for the snnmlp one (cupy dep issue).

path suggests that the problem is inside OpenCV version.

I hope it helps. Other answers suggest also downgrading OpenCV version or installation from Conda instead of pip.
