Does not seem like a real user issues, but detected using some sort of API fuzzing:

• crash when call torch.set_num_interop_threads twice #87960
• crash in torch.package.PackageExporter #87961
• torch.overrides.has_torch_function crash with segmentation fault #87963
• torch.distributed crash with abort only inside if #87964
• A segment fault can be triggered in torch.histogramdd #94594

Sanitizer detected issues:

• MultiMarginLoss Trigger out-of-bound Read under Compute Sanitizer #88724
• torch.Tensor.index_select Trigger heap-buffer-overflow with AddressSanitizer #88940
• torch.nn.functional.interpolate Trigger heap-buffer-overflow with AddressSanitizer  #88939
