category isn't populated with a fetch

Category was never populated with fetch.

What happens is when you push videos to a richard instance, it'll use the category specified in the configuration .ini file. That way if you ever have to update the category, you can do it in one place (the .ini file) rather than across all the files.

So this works the way it did before. However, if there are issues with this behavior, let me know and we can work through them.
