Visual Studio extension to switch auto hide mode of left/right/bottom/top tool window groups by shortcut

This extension makes it easier to auto hide and dock separate groups of tools windows that settle down at left/right/bottom/top of VS main window.
To be able to switch side tool window panels just assign shortcuts to specified commands at Options/Environment/Keyboard.
Commands list: View.SwitchLeft, View.SwitchRight, View.SwitchTop, View.SwitchBottom
