if the change from this pr: cloudfoundry/backup-and-restore-sdk-release#8 are released

the workarounds in: https://github.com/starkandwayne/bucc-bbr-boshrelease/blob/master/jobs/bbr-atcdb/templates/restore.sh.erb can be removed
