Feature Description
When having to handle a lot of a files in a lot of folders, with duplication, it would be awesome to be able to have folder level comparisons rather than file level.
Example :

[ ] | 1.2GB | myphotos (8 files) | /mnt/nas/myphotos
[ ] | 1.3GB | camera (8 files) | /home/user/photos/camera

That way, it would be possible to select which folder should be prioritize. (In my example, I could keep my nas version, and remove local one).
