Service and board keep status unknown

Sometimes service and board start and connect with eureka, but always stay in status unknown.

According to this documentation
the property eureka.client.healthcheck.enabled should only be set within the application.properties. But in board and service they are located within the bootstrap.properties which could cause undesirable behaviour (Status unknown).
