Description of feature

In the pathway heatmaps, the clusters and ordering is done according to the expression values. For the user, it might more readable to have the columns ranked according to the conditions and not the values.
In the attached example we see all conditions are mixed making it hard to get a general message.

Will add a param so that users can choose between clustering and no clustering. Also remove the ENSEMBL column

Hi on top of that, could we keep samples only pertaining to the contrast ? Here all samples are always shown, eventhough they have nothing to do with the contrast requested

After talking to @WackerO we will move the request to filter for samples being present in the contrasts analyzed only to a new feature request and work on it in the next release phase.
Thanks
Stefan
