Improve handling of qdac voltage divider

Currently the gain is defined in the config file but to be actually useful the instrument subclass must look up each individually.

It would be good if there was a mapping such that the qdac voltage divider looked up the channel in labels and automatically added a voltage divider based on the gain factor
