What is HEALTH_SERVER_ADDRESS, and what do I use?

Hello @qdm12 ,
Came here to look for more information behind this config:

HEALTH_SERVER_ADDRESS | 127.0.0.1:9999 | Valid address | Health server listening address

It does work but please explain the IP:Port for this configuration.
Can the IP:Port of a container be used in its place?

Apart from the label: deunhealth.restart.on.unhealthy=true
How does deunhealth determine the health of a docker container if it is not configured with one.
