"get" user files folder resides in a strange location on Windows 10

Software version: QElectroTech-0.90-DEV_x86_64-win64+git7389-1

I'm try to use the DXF converter, which tells me: "To install the plugin visit https://download.tuxfamily.org/qet/builds/dxf_to_elmt/ >> Install on Windows put DXFtoGET.exe binary on C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\get\ directory"

But actually, QElectroTech 0.9 putting the user files at "C:\Users\user_name\Application Data\qet" location.

The "Application Data" base folder cannot be accessed from explorer.exe as Administrator. What is the reason that "AppData" folder not used anymore by QElectroTech v0.9?
