Same for other tags, that use unclear classification.

Obsolete are plugins that are only usable in older, pre LTR versions of QGIS

Currently, when a plugin is marked as 'Deprecated,' it does not appear in the New Plugins or the Top Download lists anymore. It is printed in red on the Deprecated and All plugins list.
