This patch makes the colour for the rubberband used by the measure tool configurable from the "Options" dialog window. I wrote it because the default light grey colour isn't very visible on many maps I use, and I assume the same would be true for someone else for any other colour.

Applied in 0165846 (SVN r6376), with some minor mods.

  • resolution was changed from to fixed
  • status_id was changed from Open to Closed
