Treeview-GUI for SVG symbol choice

The existing icon list choice for SVG symbols is not very well organized and can get slow as there are more and more symbols added.

A treeview symbol selection widget would help to solve this issue. It should correspond to the directory structure in the svg symbol directory.

It would be great if not all symbols are loaded at once, but maybe only if the tree-leaf is unfolded. That way only the directory structure would be read, but not all individual symbols.
