Author Name: Andrew Chapman (Andrew Chapman)
Original Redmine Issue: 4294
Affected QGIS version: master
Redmine category:gui

The attached project and layer shows several problems using old and new symbology plus old with old and new labels.

  1. Rotation of (old) label is anticlockwise, but symbols rotate anticlockwise - they both sould go the same way.
  2. New label doesn't rotate
  3. Rotation field for new label needs values for position (distance, X & Y) before rotation is enabled
  4. Old label doesn't centre text on anchor point - too low vertically

#12141 was closed because old symbology was no longer support in 2.0.0

I will close it too, please reopen if necessary.
