Unchecking a group in TOC unchecks all layers in it, but layers are not removed from canvas (and vice versa) #14789

Subject says it all, tested on master.

In the same way it is possible to check a group and so activate all layers in it, but the layers that were previously not checked are not rendered in the canvas.

This is probably related to the optimizations I did about a month ago (speed up of loading projects).

Should be fixed in master 9e15906. Please test and reopen if not.

The project file loading optimization was not working anymore. I suppose commit c0b7208 solves it and probably also 5240.
