The marching ants look that photoshop and a lot of other graphics programs use is quite handy to see what is selected. I think something like this would be good to have on the composer items.

  • fixed_version_id was configured as Future Release - High Priority
  • category_id was configured as Map Composer/Printing
  • tracker_id was changed from 1 to 2

I'm planning on rewriting the item selection code for 2.1.0 - it's got some shortcomings at the moment, like handles hiding behind objects, and transparency & blend modes being applied to handles. I'll take a look at this then!
