Python plugin installer: cannot load from local repository when Proxy is set #16929

When one has a Plugin repository at a local server inside a local network one cannot use the local plugin repository if a PROXY is set.

It seems that the proxy exceptions are not honored.

It should be fixed in a65a6b7
although I have no proxy to test it. Please reopen if still broken.


  • resolution was changed from to fixed
  • assigned_to_id was configured as Borys Jurgiel
  • status_id was changed from Open to Closed
