New WFS connection option - Max number of features returned

On the WFS "New Connection" - create a new option:
"Maximum Features Returned (if known)" (or some better wording).

The user can then enter whatever the maximum number of features that server will return for a WFS single request.

QGIS would use this number to alert the user whenever that server returns that many features. In these cases the users can be almost certain that there are more features that are not being shown.
