Composer is not updated when the map is changed

When the map is changed, the composer is not automatically updated.
There is a refresh button that does this, but I would suggest to do it automatically.
Moreover, the refresh button does not work for the legend. One has to remove the legend and re-insert it.

A live preview is available - just change the properties of the map in your composer from "cache" to "render".
