Improve expressions in Atlas

I'm using 2 shp.
A shp (a) for lamps on a town (public lighting)
A shp (b) for areas of lamps on the same electrical network -> Atlas -> generating a plan for each network

On each plan i want to count (dynamically) the number of lamps and print it.

But on "insert an expression" in composer, I only have access to the shp for the Atlas.

I'd really like to have this kind of expression in composer :
In Atlas -> For the current zone of shp (b) for atlas, count the number of points from shp(a) in the shp (b) geometry.
