Labelling, placement.
When using "Offset from point", changing the "quadrant" (anchor) makes only a negligible difference to the placement. As best as I can tell by only 2-3pixels in any given direction.
This is particularly a problem when using data-driven values, as the altered placement is pretty much invisible.
I would therefore suggest another option, the ability to specify the distance offset in that direction.
So if the anchor was top-left, and a distance of 15 pixels was entered, the anchor would be 15 pixels above and left of the point.
(Note: I'm aware of Offset X/Y, but to calculate the required offsets in this use-case adds a significant burden).
