In Print Composer the legend items window is so small that only a tiny part of the legend content is visible. The legend design is so difficult!

The problem is in QGIS 2.14.1 continued. The LegendItems window is narrow when the subtabs fonts, Columns, Spacing etc. are expanded. However, when the subtabs frame is expanded, the LegendItems are open as large windows.

It was only fixed in master. Backported to 2.14 in 5dc9551. Please check the next nightly of the release branch.
