The db manager sql window's load as new layer feature lacks support for postgis rasters. It'd be great to have it implemented to :) Looking into the db manager code, I noticed the presence of a user interface in the sql window dialog to select between vector and raster, however that is never activated by the code.

To avoid confusion here, I'm not talking of loading a postgis raster table, that has been added several versions ago. I've search redmine for this feature request and found nothing, hope this won't be a duplicate.
