all gdal modules have the possibility to add some advanced options.
this possibility is allowed using the command, but it's not possible in batch mode.

it would be a very useful possibility to add these advanced options also in batch mode windows especially dedicated to users that are not skilled for using gdal commands in shell mode

Are you talking about Processing or about GDALTools? In Processing all algorithm options available in batch mode.

Fixed in master/Processing frontend
