Original Redmine Issue: 17554
Affected QGIS version: 3.5(master)
Redmine category:unknown

In Vector layer properties > Join tab, clicking the Edit button should not open a "Add Vector Join" dialog. It's confusing.
Also note that in the opened dialog, one of the filled information is not retrieved (in my case, the Join field). I think all the information filled should be retrieved and up to the user to replace the one(s) no longer good.
