Bug Either a bug report, or a bug fix. Let's hope for the latter! Vectors Related to general vector layer handling (not specific data formats)

Original Redmine Issue: 17960
Affected QGIS version: 2.18.4
Redmine category:vectors

I use 2.18.4 version. I merged two polygon layers with the "Sum" tool and colored it with the plug-in "Map coloring" (https://gitlab.com/Balaitous/mapcoloring). There are errors (colors neighbour each other):

Why this is happening?

link to the project: http://www.wolniludzie.com/mapcoloring/example.zip (Layers are numbered according to colored layer creating process)

I can give more project examples with this problem.

I wrote about it here: https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/268764/coloring-merged-shapes-by-the-map-coloring-plugin-errors
but didn't get any answer.

You'll need to file this bug with the plugin itself - it's not related to the core qgis install.

  • resolution was changed from to invalid
  • status_id was changed from Open to Closed
