Original Redmine Issue: 18116
Affected QGIS version: master
Redmine category:data_provider

Strange bug related to a test with the new offset tool.

I created a gpkg layer with polygon geometry type.
Added a multi polygon into it (Shouldn't that be impossible?)

I can identify the feature clicking on the big part but not on the small part.

@lbartoletti maybe the real issue is that after adding a part and the message

Add part: Add part: Feature geom is single part and you've added more than one

shows, QGIS should not allow save edits (not sure how can allow that). If you "fix" the layer with "fix geometries" you get a multipolygon that do not present the identify issue.

Still a valid issue on QGIS 3.22.3.
