Problems with legend fonts for some fonts

For some reason if I use MS Sans Serif or MS Serif, when I try to change the Title font or the element font I can´t change the size beyond 16 or 18 points. It works with fonts like MS Shell Dig 2 and others. It used to work in QGIS 2.18.

MS Serif is a raster font, only available at certain font sizes. You probably want to use Microsoft Sans Serif instead.
