Original Redmine Issue: 19215
Affected QGIS version: 3.0.3
Redmine category:data_provider/ogr
Assignee: Even Rouault

The attached KML file is displayed correctly in QGIS 2.18.1 Las Palmas (Compiled against GDAL/OGR 2.1.2)
In QGIS 3.0.3-Girona it is not displayed correctly, there are just a couple of straight lines visible.
The tag contains the coordinate triples seperated by a carriage return, not by a space. If I change these carriage returns to spaces it works fine.
The file is generated by an external provider, so changing the way the coordinates are stored in the file is not an option.

Fixed/workaround in GDAL:

  • resolution was changed from to up/downstream
  • assigned_to_id was configured as Even Rouault
  • status_id was changed from Open to Closed
