symbol selector dialog size

Hi,

On QGIS 3 , 3.2 and 3.2.1 there is an erreur in evaluation size of windows screen.
I join an exemple.

My main windows resoltion is 1366x768

Symbol selector is to big to access to bottom buttons.

If I set symbol type on SVG marker:
When I click on to windows to resize it, windows move to bottom and I can change it size. So I can just close windows with the cross button

Possible solution can be oneliner elements for Size, Offset, Anchor point (in french "Taille", "Décalage", "Point d'ancrage")
Other simple possibility : add right navigation bar in windows and fix max size to windows screen

This problems is not only on these windows but that is the last case I see.
