[invalid] Export to PostgreSQL: no datasets without geometries

"Export to PostgreSQL" isn't able to export any tables without geometries. It needs a GEOM field.
For several tasks, it's highly useful to export non-spatial tables to PostgreSQL.

All versions of QGIS are affected.
