[Expression] Function parameters are not shown for all functions while filling them #28359

When writing an expression, adding a function shows its parameters just below to help filling it (according to http://changelog.qgis.org/en/qgis/version/3.4-LTR/#code-completion-for-expression-builder)
This seems to not work for all the functions, eg color group, fuzzy matching, many of the string functions...

Still true on QGIS 3.16.15 and 3.22.2.
