I can't seem to copy any text in QGIS 3.4.2 on Windows. I don't think it is environmental because I am able to copy/paste with no trouble in other apps.
I receive no errors when I do a "copy", but the paste is always grayed out. And if I go to notepad--there is nothing to paste which makes me thing the copy operation is failing.
