I have downloaded both 3.6 and 3.4 with clean profiles but I continue to experience the same problem when I try to save any projects

  • status_id was changed from Feedback to Open
  • assigned_to_id was configured as Alexandre Neto

just downloading and installing new version is not guarantee of using a new profile, did you do

settings > user profiles > new profile

and did not installed any 3rd party plugin before trying again?

  • status_id was changed from Open to Feedback
  • assigned_to_id removed Alexandre Neto

I have followed those steps and created a new profile and do not have any 3rd party plugins installed, am experiencing the same problem though

Have solved the problem by using ShellEXVeiwer and disabling none Microsoft shells which has fixed the problem
