QGIS freezes

Hi, I'd like to report a recurring bug which is ongoing in the last several editions of QGIS 3.x.

At random moments, during normal usage of QGIS, such as using the Processing toolbox to use the Polygonize feature, or simply during usage of some Geometry or Geoprocessing tools (Dissolve, Simplify, Merge...), the program just freezes on its own. I would gladly provide some logs, but since this isn't a crash (the crash window doesn't pop up, the program just freezes and I have to kill it manually), I don't know how to extract them.

Please try with a new/clean QGIS profile (no 3rd party plugins installed).

If it persist then please attach a sample project with data and detailed steps on how replicate.

I can confirm that I experience this issue since a while (maybe 9 months). I removed and re-installed the QGis a few times and the issue was not resolved. I disabled the plugins and the issue is still there. And I can confirm that this happens regardless of the project I am working on.
I read on stackoverflow, that the issue can potentially come form different python installation on a computer. However, I have no clue, how I can avoid it as I need my other python installations and environments.
