"Load/Save" connections

Combination of things relating to the "Load" and "Save" buttons for connections on the Data Source Manager:

1. These should be "Import" and "Export". The buttons do not "save" in the conventional use of the word as that happens automatically when you press "ok" after creating/editing a connection. Indeed, when you click on "Save" the dialog that comes up actually uses the word "Export", not "Save".

2. Not all layers have these. ArcGIS servers being the notable exceptions.

This is still true on QGIS 3.16.14 and 3.22.1., although, this might be considered a feature request instead of a bug.
