[3.11.0-Master] Snapping and node editing tool are not working. In later case, unable even to activate a node.

Entire snapping functions are not working, also can not activate a node in node editing mode.

How to Reproduce

1. create a polygon layer.
2. try to snap or edit a node.
3. can not snap or activate a node.

@gioman Yep. This is the eerily exact issue, yet completely crossed platform, may I say.

The workaround even also works in Windows though!
