Layers are not generating correctly when using SAGA analysis tools

Running QGIS 3.10.2
I tried with GRASS 6 and 7, I also tried with a fresh new profile and a clean install.

When using a DEM for Terrain Analysis - Hydrology / Catchment area I get this error.. (full report from journal)

Is it a bug or an error on my part?
I did try using other DEMs, but mostly from the same source, could it be the DEM?

**Sorry for it being in french, if needed I can always change the language settings and submit the report again.

Here is a sample from the main DEM. I could not upload more than 10 Mb so I had to use the raster extraction tool.
