Advanced digitizing lock coordinate shortcut disabled by icon hover

What is the bug or the crash?

If you use the Advanced Digitizing toolbar you can normally use Ctrl-X and Ctrl-Y to lock coordinates before clicking to digitize. Howver if you happen to hover over the padlock icons corresponding to X and Y lock coordinate, showing the tool tip, the shortcut function becomes disabled. The workaround is to actually click on the padlock which seems to reenable the ability to use the shortcut

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a line layer that can use the Advanced Digitizing toolbar
Enable Advanced Digitizing
Click and create a vertex
Move mouse cursor and use Ctrl-X and Ctrl-Y and observe the constraint working
Move cursor and hover over the X or Y padlock in Advanced Digitizing toolbar
Move back over the map and pressing Ctrl-X or Ctrl-Y no loner activates the lock coordinate functions
Click on the lock coordinate padlock and create a new vertex
Create another vertex and you finc Ctrl-X and Ctrl-Y now work.

Sure it isn't a critical bug, but I guess the behaviour seemed a little odd.
